Designory wins silver at National ADDYs for Audi Magazine

Designory team left the National ADDY's with a silver for our work on behalf of Audi of America, Inc. The category is Collateral Material—Publication Design, Magazine Design and the winning entry was the Audi Magazine Edition 107. This edition was dedicated to enlightenment and reflected it from its cover to its content.

"For Edition 107, we want to tie in the historical ideal of Enlightenment – learning about new things – with the practical applications of enlightenment for our vehicles." Jay Brida, Copy Creative Director, Designory

The Audi brand is invested in the idea of progress and advancement, two pillars of Enlightenment values. But more than just education and uplift, the word enlightenment also speaks to illumination of a different kind. From Florence to teaching, from LED lighting to new Audi design leadership, Enlightenment was the beacon for the development of Audi’s Magazine Edition 107.

For the Audi Magazine Edition 107 Designory gave the cover a prismatic effect with an interesting print treatment to reflect the issue's overall theme of Enlightenment. Tying in cutting-edge cover design with illuminating content is just one way the Designory team keeps the spirit of print innovative.

The American Advertising Awards, formerly the ADDYs, recognizes and rewards the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising through its local, district and national competitions. It attracts more than 40,000 entries every year.
