Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator works with the team’s Project Managers, Account Managers, and Creative Team to provide support through managing schedules, internal and client-facing communications, and workflows for various projects across print and asset creation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain communications between internal team and clients to keep the project on schedule
  • Create and maintain project schedules and manage against deadlines
  • Lead internal routing of production files and manage project workflow within various disciplines (print and asset creation)
  • Schedule and conduct internal meetings, kick-off meetings, and lead internal communication on project teams, as well as note-taking and follow-up on action items
  • Data entry including shot list entry, and dates and timelines within project management software
  • Manage up to 10 projects at one time
  • Troubleshoots project problems, loose ends, and outstanding questions
  • Keeps current on company systems and procedures, and industry trends 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Client-facing, can confidently speak to the status of projects over the phone and face-to-face
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize well
  • Self-starter, flexible, cooperative, helpful approach
  • Able to work well under pressure and under deadlines
  • Working knowledge of print process, CGI, and retouching processes
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn and use project management software
  • Excellent in Excel, SmartSheet, Google Docs, and JIRA
