Senior Strategist

Designory is looking for a Strategist who can work with multidisciplinary teams and is comfortable presenting to clients. This is a unique opportunity to work on the world’s largest networking brand, on an account that is increasing in scope with significant potential for career growth. You’ll work on digital ad campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, content marketing and more.
Ideally, you will have a strong combination of brand planning and digital strategy skills: an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and a solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative research, including the ability to turn data and observations into impactful and actionable insights.
  • Partner with Strategy leads on high-level initiatives
  • Develop and drive strategies that align with brand, audience, and business objectives, based on a deep understanding of client business and value propositions, and ability to identify/ address problems to solve
  • Create briefs to kick-off and guide project teams
  • Identify insights based on consumer research, competitive intelligence, and brand/ market knowledge
  • Communicate strategic direction and requirements to the team
  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to concept, implement, and optimize
  • Plan, implement, and participate in relevant research activities, analytics reviews, and competitive assessments
  • Uncover and apply insights from campaign/ performance data and test hypotheses in learning agendas
  • Stay up to date with cultural, consumer, and B2B/ tech trends to strengthen our strategic inputs and creative or conversion-based outputs
  • Strategic development for occasional new business opportunities
  • Experience
  • 6+ years of marketing/ agency experience
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, brand, media, and social strategy, email/ direct marketing
  • Experiential marketing is a plus
  • B2B and technology client experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google office suites
  • General skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with both client and internal teams
