Program Manager

At Designory, our project management leaders are the connective tissue of our teams, our ability to run day-to-day operations smoothly, and an essential partner to our internal and client resources. 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager who can manage all aspects of multi-channel digital client projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams while strategically contributing to project and workflow efficiencies. You will lead talented teams ensuring all project deliverables are of high-quality, completed on time and on budget, and are aligned with the brand’s goals. Our client is high profile as the largest networking platform in the world. 
  • Establish and manage program communication and process. Responsible for setting up appropriate structure and tools to ensure successful collaboration and engagement across agency and client teams.  
  • Appropriately prioritize and manage the workflow internally and externally with the client. Ensure that project scopes are accounted for within the schedule and clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects 
  • Motivate teams across disciplines to create a collaborative environment and challenge them to produce great work.  
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify the proper resources needed across project types. Lead project status meetings for internal and external teams. 
  • Deliver digital-centric work that is exceptional, on time, and on budget. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions, and cost for projects with an ability to effectively translate these to Client Proposals and Statements of Work.  
  • Partner with Account Management to manage scope, finding solutions for challenges, and optimize for continued account growth.  
  • Oversee project management team, providing mentorship and day-to-day project guidance.  
  • Assist Account Management in budgeting tasks such as creation of estimates, scope of work and budget tracking.  
  • Responsible for building detailed project plans, managing resource allocations, and reporting on project status, burn rates, budgets, and reconciliations to agency and client stakeholders. 
  • 8years of hands-on project leadership experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role. 
  • Proven track record in driving creative solutions and digital content creation. 
  • Experience with common project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Slack, Basecamp, and Microsoft Teams. 
  • Excellent relationship team building and client-facing skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company, external partners, and clients. 
  • Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical thinking. 
  • Comfortable leading team and client meetings, tailor communications based on audience and level.  
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and effective communication skills (both verbal and writing). 
  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve.
