Associate Content Publisher



An Associate Content Publisher works closely with the Content Publishing team, Sr. Content Publisher, Project Management and Developers to update and maintain a variety of different web publishing and deployment platforms. This includes content entry and management as well as implementing and deploying raw front-end code into tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpress, AEM, Tridion, Sitecore, Sharepoint, Veeva and similar systems. This person is the expert authority on the integration, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with the development and quality assurance team to ensure the product is delivered. This is not a developer role but requires basic HTML knowledge and the ability to manage version control among various codebases and repositories.  




  • Being the expert authority on our web publishing systems: Wordpress, AEM, Tridion,     Veeva, Sitecore, Sharepoint 
  • Managing code deployments 
  • Creating and maintaining deployment documentation for internal and external use. 
  • Publishing system troubleshooting 
  • Respectfully working together with other disciplines in an Agile-oriented environment 



  • Content management system experience 
  • Experience utilizing and running marketing email campaigns with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MailChimp a plus 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Basic understanding and ability to work with html and css 
  • General understanding of how front-end technology works 
  • Tridion web content management system experience a plus 
  • Veeva tablet app deployment experience a plus
