Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Account Manager will oversee client initiatives from start to finish for a major, global technological accountThis role will help capture client objectives on a variety of areas including web design, animations and videoswebsite tool creation, content creation and production, scheduling, budgets, brochures, social, and collateral.  Reporting to the Account Director, and in collaboration with other team members, this role will work closely with clients and key partner agencies to help determine project and account requirements in support of client’s positioning, branding and budgetary needs.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Responsible for collaborating with team leads in strategically guiding the client and partner agencies in solving complex marketing and digital production problems to deliver against marketing goals and objectives 
  • Experience with common digital technologies and platforms, as well as current design and development practices within an agency environment 
  • Collaborate extremely well with project management, creative and technology team members whether they are at agency or partner agencies 
  • Ability to work with clients, project management and discipline teams to effectively define project scope and deliver effectively 
  • Have strong communication and follow through with both face-to-face contact and long -distance with the client, partners and the internal team, both oral and written 
  • Ensures the client’s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback, and providing that information to the team. 
  • Experience with budgetary issues related to the scope of projects 
  • Keeps abreast and up to date on industry and market trends 
  • Organizational skills to manage many moving parts 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience 
  • Technology brand experience also a big plus 
  • Experience with content creation across all mediums including social is preferred 
  • Client-side experience also beneficial 
  • Self-starter, independent worker 
  • Innovative and big picture thinker 
  • Well-organized 
  • Strong follow-through abilities 
  • Flexible and trustworthy with a good work ethic 
  • Team player 
  • Comfortable working with a remote team 
  • Good communicator 
  • Diplomatic and professional 
  • Willingness and ability to travel
