Freelance Content Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Content Coordinator is an important support role to the Content team. Our Content team oversees video, photo, and CG asset creation, and works with both external vendors and internal teams in order to do so.
 
Coordinators must be highly organized and eager to learn more about production workflow and the necessary steps for executing the creative vision. This person will assist the Producers with everything from estimate preparation, progress updates and tracking production schedules, to routing and tracking assets and wrapping projects upon conclusion.
Most importantly, we are looking for a team player who is looking to learn and thrive within our fast-paced content Agency.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Content Producers to understand and organize project work, as well as learn our overall processes and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain project files, including usage and release information.
  • Ensure client and account feedback is properly documented for routing purposes.
  • Take extremely detailed notes during production meetings and distribute notes to project stakeholders after meetings.
  • Track project timelines, production data, content assets and changes in project direction.
  • Create and provide progress reports to Producers with project status and timeline.
  • Assist with stock license requests, asset and production purchases and bid preparation.
  • Organize portfolio shows for creative review.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be well organized with strong communication skills (both verbal and writing)
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with a remote work environment
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve
  • Willingness to learn and dive into new production fields
  • Must be comfortable with MacOS, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Workspace apps
  • JIRA or FileMaker experience a plus
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
  • Agency experience preferred (internships, entry-level assignment, etc.)
  • Experience in a Production Assistant, Coordinator or Operations role a plus
  • Knowledge of Video Production, Photo Production and/or CGI Production a plus
