Project Manager - SIE

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of multi-channel digital client projects, from job conception to release. They will act as the primary hub for circulation of tasks at all stages and ensure team adherence to production process and schedules. 

  • Lead day-to-day tasks for projects that include the production of digital banners and video assets for global localization and distribution 

  • Manage project scope and execute change control when additional requests for deliverables are made   

  • Estimate timelines, budgets and resources on a per-project basis 

  • Ensure every necessary step of project scope is accounted for within the schedule and clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies 

  • Appropriately prioritize and manage the workflow internally and externally with the client 

  • Assign individual resource responsibilities, help identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project 

  • Manage day-to-day tasks to allow for risk assessment, early identification of potential challenges and insure on-time project delivery 

  • Lead weekly project status meetings and report on project status 

  • Proactively communicate the status of deliverables with our external stakeholders by providing accurate details and dependencies 

  • Deliver in-depth reports on project performance and financial goals to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Experience with digital banner production  

  • Experience with working on global localization projects, delivered in multiple languages 

  • 3-4 years project management experience managing budgets, timelines and people in an agency or related environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 

  • Experience with asset management and asset transportation with cloud-based software: including Google Stream/Drive, Box, media asset type and media metadata 

  • Mac proficiency, particularly in the applications of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project 

  • Someone who can dive into data sheets fearlessly (smart sheets and pivot tables) 

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written 

  • Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines and be detail oriented. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with account representatives and in large cross-functional teams 

  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus, preferably in business, marketing, information systems or a related field
