Art Director



Are you a mid-level AD who knows how to think big and drill down to the details? Do you take the initiative to ask questions and then listen and absorb information and feedback? Can you create social and storyboard video with the best of ‘em? 


We are looking for a strong art director whose default MO is to collaborate with other creatives, and believes in innovative approaches to even the everyday projects. Our ideal AD will have experience delivering both B2B and B2C ideas and creative for sales collateral, video, dot com, digital asset campaigns (banners, emails, social), blogs, and beyond. 


If you’re a smart, driven, organized AD who likes to see things through from brainstorm to execution — and can just as fluidly pick up projects midway through — let’s talk. 


Bonus points if you have any experience playing with CGI or 3D. 



  • Create beautiful, effective designs 
  • Partner with writers and other art directors to deliver strategic and complete ideas 
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and manage multiple projects at once 
  • Create key visuals, storyboards, production-ready files, and digital assets 
  • Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence 
  • Understand and proactively address creative feedback 
  • Meet deadlines with time to spare 
  • Contribute in a unique way to an upbeat, tight-knit remote creative team



  • At least three years of agency experience 
  • Relevant work examples — portfolio is required 
  • Comfortable in your process, from sketches to pixel-perfect comps 
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Sketch, Zeplin, Google Docs
  • Familiarity with trends in video, digital design, UX/UI, mobile, print, and typography 
  • BA in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts or related field
