Localization Senior Project Manager



We’re searching for an experienced senior project manager to work in a fast-paced agency environment delivering large-scale transcreation and localization projects globally.
We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will manage large localization production projects across continents, clients and industries. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to orchestrate order within a highly creative and dynamic environment that requires daily interface with clients, partner agency team leads and internal teams. You are the lynchpin who motivates and collaborates with strategy, creative, and production teams across time zones to transcreate global campaigns for local markets.


· Build, manage, socialize and own deliverable timelines for transcreation of campaign assets including video, audio, digital & print mediums for use across Asia and Europe.
· Coordinate and synchronize with other agencies to receive original campaign asset source files and orchestrate internal creative & production teams to deliver final produced assets in many other languages.
· Manage day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and ensuring on-time project deliverables
· Manage project scope, timeline and budget and execute change documentation when additional requests for content and/or languages are made
· Manage project communication internally and externally
· Lead estimation process with discipline leads and account team
· Define project scope and develop SOWs and Change Orders
· Develop and track project schedules and budgets, monitor project scope, and handle invoice tracking and account billing for both retainer and project-based accounts
· Lead weekly project status meetings and reporting on project status
· Assign individual resource responsibilities, help identify appropriate resources needed


· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for localization
· A strong knowledge of best practices in project management for global initiatives
· A solid understanding of full-funnel campaign transcreation across asset types
· Demonstrated experience – tell us about the global campaigns you have worked on
· Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
· A high level of comfort with managing projects across several continents
· The ability to see big picture while managing every last detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· JIRA & cloudwords experience a plus
