Project Manager


Manages all things associated with the team's projects. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Special emphasis placed on managing mid to large-scale interactive based projects from beginning to end, within a team environment. This person will work closely with the Account, Creative, Strategy, PMO and Tech Departments as part of a collaborative project team.     


  • Manage execution of projects involving websites, web application and mobile apps production along with team members. 
  • Responsible for all aspects of preparing Nissan North America projects for digital productions. Maintain organized back-up of production materials for future reference.
  • Pitch in as part of diverse delivery teams (wear many hats).
  • Create a motivating and encouraging environment for team members.
  • Ensure effective and ongoing communication with the Management Supervisor related to project status and deliverables.
  • Properly realize all the short-term and long-term client needs and provide appropriate and precise solutions.
  • Effectively present agency decisions, recommendations and creative collateral in a professional manner.
  • Review project proposals and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures to accomplish project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Prepare images for production department and Image Asset Management. This includes maintenance of shot list database, logging and tracking of images till delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule meetings and tasks between Long Beach, New York, Nashville and Japan offices based on project needs. 
  • Communicate effectively with client and internal team to direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepare pre/post project analysis (project briefs, job numbers, estimates, agendas and conference reports) reports for management, client, or others as required.
  • Review and assist in creating process documents from all multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deal with financial and budgetary issues under pressure for deadlines in a fluid, fast-paced environment


  • 3-5 years in interactive project management experience
  • Mobile and App experience preferred
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheets, Microsoft Teams, Slack, HTML, iOS, audio and video tools, design and multimedia tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), information architecture and user interface design.
  • Mac literate, in the applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and Project Server) and database management software.
  • Demonstrated success working in a small team setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, focus on problem solving; solutions oriented, ability to delegate tasks, as appropriate, willingness to accept accountability, etc.)
  • Job may require some evening and/or weekend work.
