Producer

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production including estimating, managing and delivery of all assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain effective, trusted and collaborative working relationships with clients and and internal departments
  • Work closely with creative, account and project managers on upcoming and current projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of production from pre-production, live action shoots and post-production.
  • Bid out and manage production shoots with 3rd partner vendors
  • Build production calendar from pre-bid through post
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and trouble shoot production challenges.
  • Work with cost consultant when necessary for estimate approval.
  • Manage budgets and schedules from beginning to end to make sure they are on time and in-budget.
  • Route and oversee all assets from 3rd party vendors, internal team and client.
  • Approve, finalize and provide final invoices to accounting in a timely manner.
  • Work with Business Affairs to support any licensing and usage requests.
  • Communicate project updates with project managers and account teams.
  • Ensure client and account feedback is properly documented and executed by vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in a Producer role
  • In depth knowledge of production including managing live action shoots and post-production.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to bid, schedule and manage video, photo and post production projects
  • Must be able to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Willingness to learn and dive into new production fields.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem-solve
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors
  • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative and adaptable
  • Comfortable with quick turn projects and solution-oriented
  • Demonstrates strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite
  • SmartSheet and Google Drive/Docs experience a plus
