Associate Producer

JOB SUMMARY:

The associate producer is a growth role of assisting the content production team with everything from estimate and schedule preparation, routing and tracking of materials, to progress updates and final delvery of content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the producers and project managers to understand and organize project scope and data flow.
  • Support producers in providing estimates and expenses for project needs.
  • Track project timelines, production data, content assets and changes to project direction, and provide progress reports and summaries to producers.
  • Coordinate bid conference calls with creative teams, vendors and other agency team members.
  • Work with Business Affairs to support incoming licensing and usage requests.
  • Assist with license requests, asset and production purchases and bid preparation.
  • Attend production shoots as needed.
  • Support vendor, client and internal communications with producers.
  • Communicate project updates with project managers and account teams
  • Ensure client and account feedback is properly documented for future reference.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Must be well organized with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • 2+ years in an Associate Producer or Coordinator role
  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem-solve
  • Willingness to learn and dive into new production fields
  • Agency experience required
  • Must be comfortable with MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Video and Post Production, Photo Production and/or CGI Still Production
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
  • Must be a team player and able to handle multiple assignments at the same time
