Freelance Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Support the workflow of all aspects of multi-channel client projects from job conception to delivery. Assist at all stages of a project to ensure process is being adhered to and client expectations are met.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

     Support project lead and day-to-day tasks for assigned projects that includes digital banners, social, DOOH in multiple languages
     Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and budget (burn rate) and execute change control when additional requests are made
     Assist in estimating timelines, budgets and resources on a per-project basis
     Manage internal routing and reviews of creative and assets
     Review and proof assets to ensure highest quality assurance prior to sending to client
 
QUALIFICATIONS

     Banner experience is a plus
     Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
     1-2 years project management experience managing timelines and people in an agency or related environment
     Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
     Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, deadlines and detail oriented
     Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
     Experience with Photoshop is a plus but not required
     Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
     Mac proficiency
