Freelance Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
Support the workflow of all aspects of multi-channel client projects from job conception to delivery. Assist at all stages of a project to ensure process is being adhered to and client expectations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project lead and day-to-day tasks for assigned projects that includes digital banners, social, DOOH in multiple languages
  • Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and budget (burn rate) and execute change control when additional requests are made
  • Assist in estimating timelines, budgets and resources on a per-project basis
  • Manage internal routing and reviews of creative and assets
  • Review and proof assets to ensure highest quality assurance prior to sending to client

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Banner experience is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years project management experience managing timelines and people in an agency or related environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
  • Mac proficiency
