Account Director, Social Media

SUMMARY

Your role will be to help tell our well-known data storage brand tell their product story in an engaging way, underpinned by aligned social content strategy, fed by reporting and analytics, and supported by solid operational management of the global market and team. You are excited by emerging platforms and trends, forward-thinking in the ways these can be implemented to create scroll-stopping engagement. This role will grow a brand through content strategy and planning, campaign ideation and development, community insight curation, data analytics, and various social best practices. Reports directly to Managing Director. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape and improve creative brief to be effective for the proper audience and message.
  • Ensure the idea/and execution of content is processed holistically for the appropriate audience (global and local) as necessary.
  • Regularly check social channels and participate in Social Listening to draw pro-actively, reflecting on customers' sentiments, and comments to best inform the curation of the social strategy/content. 
  • Identify and look for opportunities with key influencers, PR announcements, and grow the owned social community into advocates.
  • Work closely with community managers to publish quality campaign launches as well as evergreen content on specified social channels.
  • Develop content boosting strategies aligned with client goals. 
  • Review monthly reports and identify and develop optimization opportunities
  • Establish strong client relationships and connections with key clients in HQ and global regions.
  • Keep a regular pulse of Channel Marketers through regional leads and develop relationships as appropriate.
  • Manage client expectations on scope and out-of-scope requests, burn rates aligned to existing agreements.
  • Maintain work aligns to SOW and service level agreements. Develop new estimates as required for Ad-hoc scope and incremental projects.
  • Assist on other new business projects, RFPs and special projects that contribute to the growth of our business holistically

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of Digital Marketing, Social Media experience across various channels (TW, FB, LI, IG)
  • Minimal 3 years of experience leading and developing a Social Team
  • Proven track record managing, measuring, and growing a social media account
  • Experience with Sprinklr, and other related Social Media Management platforms, NetBase a +
  • Can demonstrate strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong experience planning and developing content strategy/calendar
  • Experience with global campaigns and regional localization
  • Strong understanding of technology and related market verticals
