Content Publisher

JOB SUMMARY:

A Content Publisher works closely with the Sr. Content Publisher, Project Management and Developers to implement and deploy raw front-end code into web publishing platforms such as AEM, Tridion, Sitecore, Sharepoint, Veeva and similar systems. This person is the expert authority on the integration, troubleshooting with errors and collaborating with the developers to ensure the product is delivered. This person also keeps track of publishing system news and freezes, UAT testing timelines, and go live dates. It is also the role of the content publisher to develop more efficient methods of integration where possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the expert authority on our web publishing systems: AEM, Tridion, Veeva
  • Managing code deployments
  • Overseeing the code deployment team
  • Maintaining deployment documentation
  • Propagating documentation internally and externally
  • Providing assistance with automation
  • Publishing system troubleshooting
  • Respectfully working together with other disciplines in an Agile-oriented environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of deployment or content management experience
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Adobe Experience Manager background a plus
  • Tridion web content management system experience a plus
  • Veeva tablet app deployment experience a plus
  • Basic understanding and ability to work with html and css
  • General understanding of how front-end technology works
