Junior Copywriter



Our ideal jr. copywriter has something to prove. They are active, creative problem solvers, big thinkers yet strategically driven, and collaborative across disciplines.  


We’re looking to grow our team with a jr. copywriter who can get really in the weeds to ensure that ideas have legs and can translate across a campaign or across platforms. They also need to go all-in on projects by listening and absorbing information, asking questions, and partnering with others to find the right solution, phrase, or visual representation of a concept.  


This role covers both B2B and B2C, sales collateral, video, dot com, digital asset campaigns (banners, emails, social) blogs, and campaign messaging for all kinds of assets. 


If you’re a smart, driven, organized entry-level copywriter who likes to see things through from brainstorm to execution, we’d love to chat. 




  • Write effective, engaging copy across a range of deliverables: social, dot com, print collateral, etc. 
  • Partner with art directors and designers to create original concepts and compelling executions 
  • Understand how to humanize sometimes technical content across media 
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and a strong command of the English language 
  • Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence 
  • Understand and proactively address creative feedback 
  • Manage workloads and utilize time management skills 
  • Keep current on digital, tech, and/or cultural trends 
  • Contribute in a unique way to an upbeat, tight-knit creative team 



  • At least 1 year of agency or client-side experience 
  • Relevant work examples — portfolio is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, motivated, and resourceful attitude 
  • A quick worker, with attention to details 
  • Well versed in Google Drive & PowerPoint
