Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager oversees multiple digital content development projects from initial conception, through delivery, leading the coordination of all internal routings, timelines and deliverables. Partnering with the delivery manager, the DPM acts as the internal project lead, responsible for ensuring all project tasks/sprints are accomplished within a prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.

This role will work closely with the Account, Creative, Strategy, Product and Tech Departments as part of a collaborative project team.    


  • Ensure every necessary step of project scope is accounted for within the schedule and clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies
  • Manage project scope and create timelines, and execute change control when additional requests for features or functionality are made
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges and insure on-time project deliverables
  • Participate in weekly project status meetings and report on project status
  • Must be comfortable taking the reins with large groups from various departments to bring them together to make things happen
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • Can maintain control in chaos 


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business or marketing
  • 3-5 years of digital project management experience
  • Experience with Adobe AEM platforms required
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies required
  • Mobile and App experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML, iOS, CMS systems, audio and video tools, design and multimedia tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), information architecture and user interface design.
  • Mac literate, in the applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and database management software.
  • Demonstrated success working in a small team setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, focus on problem solving; solutions oriented, ability to delegate tasks, as appropriate, willingness to accept accountability, etc.)
  • Job may require some evening and/or weekend work
