Account Executive

Freelance to potential regular/full-time.


We are looking for an Account Executive who will manage client’s brand identity and brand assets to effectively deliver on Corporate Brand and Product Brand strategies.  They should be able to move seamlessly between multiple projects and have strong people and communication skills. The ability to partner across internal organizations, agency lines, business units and geographies is essential.


  • Possess an ability to handle a variety of competing brand priorities ensuring projects are delivered error-free, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure quality of creative execution by working closely with the agency creative team to provide direction and clarity, and ensure alignment across channels.
  • Confidently present agency recommendations and lead meetings to ensure results. Manage approvals, feedback and input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of the cross-functional team members and partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client technologies and communication vehicles to help shape strategic approaches.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across a broad global ecosystem, including communications agencies/vendors, external partners, internal partners and teams.
  • A problem solver with a sense of ownership and accountability for work.
  • Training and strategic consultations to ensure brand adherence to internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as subject matter expert, advisor and brand liaison for special projects, including branded merchandise.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines in collaboration with agencies and collaborate with other members of the Brand ID team to ensure that all employees, channels and external parties are brand compliant with brand standards.
  • Ensure that the brand identity is consistent across all touch points.
  • Management and maintenance of all brand assets on the client Digital Library.
