We’re searching for a Strategist to work in our growing, fast-paced agency, with focus on digital content strategy, more specifically someone who knows the digital end to end of content for websites. You will work closely with all disciplines, as well as our high-profile client from initial research and planning through implementation and optimization, delivering exceptional marketing solutions.


  • Develop compelling, integrated marketing strategies that guide the creative process and deliver results based on client goals
  • Transform complex product information into compelling customer stories
  • Identify key insights and messaging themes from customer data, competitive analysis and product knowledge to create great ideas
  • Collaborate and lead effective and relevant creative brief process to ensure client goals, initiatives and marketing challenges are being met and exceeded
  • Support development of holistic and detailed communications plan
  • Communicate regularly with creative account, product teams and various team members across multiple projects
  • Work collaboratively with strategy team members including product, content strategists, SEO and copywriters to create relevant stories
  • Keep current on industry and digital trends, bringing fresh ideas to internal teams and clients 


  • 4-6 years relevant experience in an agency or in-house environment required
  • Comfortability with communicating how the numbers prove their ideas and drive value.
  • Ability to identify and present findings for optimization recommendations that drive growth.
  • Positive experience in supporting/leading new business pitches.
  • Experience with a range of research tools and analytics platforms, specifically Adobe Analytics for content performance.
  • Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams, across multiple projects
  • Pro-active, creative thinker that can inspire team members
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
