Review copy for digital properties including websites, iPad applications, banner ads, and emails. This position is responsible for ensuring that content matches one-for-one using provided approved assets such as comps and style guides. This role does not include copyediting--only ensuring that the final product matches the approved assets provided. The right person for this position must be able to catch even the smallest copy discrepancies.


  • Reads proof against assets, marking errors in copy, style, and font usage
  • Checks for correct copyright/trademark usage and consistency of legal disclaimers
  • Ability to follow strict brand guidelines
  • Utilizing a project/issue tracking system (JIRA)
  • Follow/build test plans
  • Formulate/maintain timelines
  • Respectfully work together with other disciplines in an Agile-oriented environment   


  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires strong command of the English language and its anomalies
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of Acrobat
  • Working understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Creative or technical background in digital projects
  • Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Pharma and/or healthcare background a plus
  • Digital experience a plus
