Art Director

That’s why we’re looking for a mid-level AD who is not only passionate about the creative side of tech (think DCO, AI, and machine learning) but also who can think big without missing the details. Someone who takes initiative to ask questions and takes time to listen and absorb information and feedback.

The ideal candidate will also collaborate freely with writers and other disciplines, and believes in innovative approaches to even the everyday projects. This role requires the ability to concept, design, and art direct for social, dot com, blogs, and video.

If you’re a smart, driven, organized AD who likes to see things through from brainstorm to execution — and can just as fluidly pick up projects midway through — let’s talk.

Bonus points if you have any experience playing with CGI or 3D.


  • Collaborate with copywriters, and other art directors and designers from concept to execution
  • Create compelling stories brought to life through key visuals, storyboards, production-ready files, and digital assets
  • Liaise with video production and development teams on assigned projects
  • Confidently present ideas and work, both internally and externally
  • Keep current on design/production trends, materials and developments
  • Bring an easy-going, friendly demeanor to a tight-knit work team


  • 3+ years agency experience
  • B2B, B2C & campaign experience required
  • Comfortable in your process, from sketches to pixel-perfect comps
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Sketch, Zeplin, Google Docs

  • Familiar with trends in video, digital design, UX/UI, mobile, print, and typography
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting all deadlines
  • BA in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • This role is on-site in our Downtown Chicago office
