Associate Project Manager

We’re searching for an associate project manager to work in a fast-paced agency environment to deliver small to large scale digital tactics including email, banners, videos, presentations, websites and more.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of an agency who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will assist with the management and delivery for small to large digital campaign tactics for multi-channel brand and campaign launches. You should be comfortable being client-facing, working with multiple agency partners and internal teams such as strategy, creative, tech and quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks, and proactive risk management to ensure on-time project deliverables
  • Co-create Scopes of Work and schedules with Program Manager
  • Set up new projects and route internal and external communications to appropriate project resources
  • Set up project schedules and manage against milestones
  • Keep all communications and asset deliveries organized and tracked
  • Track project schedules and budgets, monitor project scope, and handle invoice tracking and account billing for both retainer and project-based accounts

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • A high level of comfort working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to see ‘big picture’ while managing the details
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • JIRA & SmartSheet experience a plus
  • Must be open to travel in US and Globally as needed
  • Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
