Project Manager (Floater)

JOB SUMMARY

We’re searching for an experienced project manager to work in a fast-paced agency who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will be the sole project owner working closely with account, strategy, creative, production, tech and quality assurance teams. You should be comfortable and experienced with direct client communication and managing multiple clients and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage small-to-large multi-channel print and digital projects including collateral/event kits, videos, web banners, websites and more
  • Develop detailed multi-phased project plans
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and ensuring on-time project deliverables
  • Manage project scope, timeline and budget and execute change documentation when additional requests are made
  • Manage project communication internally and externally and document key meetings and decisions
  • Lead estimation process with project management team and discipline leads
  • Define project scope and develop SOWs and Change Orders
  • Develop and track project schedules and budgets, monitor project scope, and handle invoice tracking and account billing for a project-based account
  • Report overall project status internally and externally
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify appropriate resources needed on a per-project basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience with 1+ in an agency environment
  • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player and strong work ethic
  • A strong knowledge of best practices in project management 
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • A high level of comfort with managing multi-channel parallel projects
  • The ability to see big picture while managing every last detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Smartsheet and JIRA experience a plus
  • Must be open to travel in US and Globally as needed
